Overall a great location but apartment needs some updates.
Positive: location was fantastic. The apartment was clean.
Negative: The tap over the kitchen sink really needs replacing. The toilet roll holder needs replacing and the air conditioner does not work properly. It was very cold in the apartment. Also there is not enough comfortable seating in the lounge area for more than 3 adults.
